1. Introduction

Welcome to VIBE Campus. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our online educational platform and services. By accessing or using our website and enrolling in our online courses, you agree to be bound by these terms.

VIBE Campus is an exclusively online education institute providing courses in English Language, Business and Marketing, Computing and IT, and Professional Development.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, enrolling in a course, or accessing our Learning Management System (LMS), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

3. Online Learning Services

3.1 Course Access

• All courses are delivered 100% online through our Learning Management System
• Students must have reliable internet access and appropriate devices to participate
• Course materials are accessible 24/7 during the course duration
• Live sessions, if included, are scheduled and students must attend at specified times

3.2 Technical Requirements

• Computer or mobile device with updated operating system
• Stable internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps recommended)
• Updated web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)
• Webcam and microphone for live interactive sessions

4. Student Registration and Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Each account is for individual use only and cannot be shared

4.2 Eligibility

To register for our courses, you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Provide valid contact information
• Meet any specific course prerequisites

5. Course Enrollment and Payment

5.1 Enrollment Process

• Course enrollment is confirmed upon successful payment
• All fees are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR)
• Payment must be completed before accessing course materials
• Enrollment confirmation will be sent via email

5.2 Refund Policy

• Full refund available within 7 days of enrollment if no course content has been accessed
• 50% refund available within 14 days if less than 25% of course content has been accessed
• No refunds after 14 days or if more than 25% of content has been accessed
• Refunds are processed within 14 business days

6. Online Learning Conduct

6.1 Student Responsibilities

Students agree to:

• Participate actively in online discussions and activities
• Submit assignments and assessments on time
• Maintain professional and respectful communication
• Complete coursework independently unless group work is specified
• Not record, share, or distribute course materials without permission

6.2 Prohibited Activities

• Sharing account credentials or course access with others
• Recording or distributing live sessions without permission
• Plagiarism or academic dishonesty of any kind
• Harassment or inappropriate behavior towards instructors or students
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Our Content

• All course materials, videos, documents, and resources are owned by VIBE Campus
• Content is licensed for personal, non-commercial educational use only
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any course materials
• Copyright infringement will result in immediate account termination

7.2 Your Content

• You retain ownership of assignments and projects you create
• By submitting work, you grant us a license to use it for educational purposes
• We may showcase exceptional student work with your permission

8. Certificates and Credentials

• Certificates are issued upon successful completion of course requirements
• You must complete all assignments and assessments to receive a certificate
• Certificates are digital and verifiable through our platform
• Misrepresentation of credentials is strictly prohibited

9. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

• We collect data necessary for providing educational services
• Your data is stored securely and not sold to third parties
• You have rights to access, correct, and delete your personal data

10. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain 99% platform uptime
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
• We are not liable for interruptions due to technical issues beyond our control
• Course access remains available for the full duration of the course period

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• VIBE Campus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount of fees you paid for the course
• We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or career advancement
• You are responsible for your own internet connectivity and device compatibility

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.

12.2 By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms and Conditions
• Engage in academic dishonesty
• Misuse or attempt to damage our platform
• Fail to make required payments

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered users.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
